The latest Counter Strike: Global Offensive patch, released on Dec. 17, introduces buy menu donation key and various quality of life changes to the game.

CS:GO received its fourth update patch since the release of Operation Broken Fang on Dec. 4, 2020.

The most striking part of the update was the introduction of a buy menu donation key (CTRL by default) to the game.

The feature received mixed reactions by the community, some calling it out as a feature copied from the game’s competitor Valorant.

The rest of the patch included the addition of 2021 Service Medal to be awarded to players from Jan. 1, 2021 onwards, various quality of life changes and bug fixes.
