Also, things like injuries and slumps can lead to owners having to think about acquiring new players. Colin Moran, 3B/2B, Pittsburgh Pirates
Colin Moran has been pretty under the radar in the MLB this season. The 26-year-old slashed .308/.356/.451 with an .807 OPS in 27 August games. However, he is just 2-for-11 to start September, but that’s not too much of a concern since it’s just three games. Moran will start the week with four games against the Giants. Against active Giants pitchers, Moran has a line of .385/.429/.538.
