The fantasy baseball playoffs are here! Keeping up with the league is important for success at this point in the season. Also, things like injuries and slumps can lead to owners having to think about acquiring new players. The waiver wire is still active in the fantasy baseball playoffs, and here are some players that may be worth picking up this week:

Kevin Newman, SS/2B, Pittsburgh Pirates

Kyle Seager, 3B, Seattle Mariners

Renato Nunez, 3B/DH/1B, Baltimore Orioles

Colin Moran, 3B/2B, Pittsburgh Pirates

Colin Moran has been pretty under the radar in the MLB this season. The 26-year-old slashed .308/.356/.451 with an .807 OPS in 27 August games. However, he is just 2-for-11 to start September, but that’s not too much of a concern since it’s just three games. Moran will start the week with four games against the Giants. Against active Giants pitchers, Moran has a line of .385/.429/.538.
