Roby has been playing much better lately after being reinserted into the rotation. This time, he went back into the starting lineup and performed well. He put up ten points, 11 boards and four dimes on 3/6 from the field and 4/4 from the free throw line.
Roby has been stuffing the stat-sheet lately as well, averaging 8.5 points, 0.5 threes, 5.7 boards, 1.3 assists, 1.5 steals and 0.8 blocks on 42% from the field and 60% from the line over the last month. The percentages are much to be desired. However, he’s playing much better plus he’s starting to show the stat-stuffing ways OKC fans grew accustomed to last season. Expect a strong finish for the young forward.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Performance
Mann has been playing great basketball lately, putting up another 22 points, four rebounds, five assists, two steals, and zero turnovers on 8/17 from the field, 3/6 from three and 3/4 from the line. Mann has been playing like h’s on a mission right now and that mission is to remain in the starting lineup.
Over the last two weeks, he’s been averaging 21.8 points, 4.3 boards, 3.8 assists, two steals, and just 0.3 turnovers a game on 49% from the field and 80% from the line. He’s going to remain a big part of this rotation for the foreseeable future. Expect Mann to continue playing high minutes until Lu Dort comes back.
Darius Bazley Performance
Bazley started off on a very bad note for most of the year and started performing well off the bench. This time around, Bazley put up 14 points, ten boards and three steals on 6/16 shooting from the field, 1/4 from three and 1/2 from the line. The guy still can’t shoot to save his life, but at least he stuffs the stat sheet on a nightly basis.
Over the last month, he has been averaging 12.9 points, 8.1 boards, 1.9 assists, 1.3 steals and 0.8 blocks on 41% from the field and 69% from the line. If Bazley can shoot the ball efficiently, this guy would be a premier three and D player but unfortunately, he just can’t hit the broad side of a barn on most nights. He’s still getting good minutes so hopefully he can do good for the rest of the season.
