Along with the inclusion of Stripe, Gizmo will also be the newest addition to the ever-growing MultiVersus roster.
In a recent video via the MultiVersus Twitter account, Gizmo has been officially confirmed as a character for MultiVersus and will be released next Tuesday, September 7 along with the arrival of Stripe. Stripe was an already confirmed fighter alongside Black Adam at the start of MultiVersus Season 1.
According to various MultiVersus leakers, Gizmo’s arrival was also hinted at after discovering various leaked emotes and stickers with their face. Within the game’s files, leakers also discovered that the codenames for both Stripe and Gizmo were somewhat similar with one noticeable difference. Both of their codenames are listed as 23A and 23B.
While it is still unknown players assume that Gizmo and Stripe are one character but with a transformation, one such as Pyra and Mythra from Super Smash Brothers Ultimate.
Within the trailer, players can also see a new environment leading to speculation that with Gizmo and Stripe’s inclusion will be a new map.
